In today’s online market, honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous and transparent store policy for our customers. Read below to learn more and don’t hesitate to contact us with questions!


Warranty


All KickFinder products are guaranteed to arrive in factory-fresh condition. They are inspected for blemishes/damage upon arriving and leaving our store. If the shoes arrive damaged or appear to show signs of wear, please return the shoes immediately with photographs, a receipt, order confirmation and other relevant proof of purchase. For further information please see the FAQ and the return/exchange policy.


The warranty works under certain assumptions:

  • The shoes have been delivered correctly and left in a safe place

  • The shoes satisfy the manufacturer warranty of the producing brand.

  • The shoes are functional and perform as described.


Return/exchange policy


Additionally, if your shoes are not comfortable or you no longer like how they look, you are eligible to return the shoes within 30 days of your purchase to receive a full refund or store credit.


Any product/s being returned for change of mind or incorrect sizing must be:

  • Unworn, unmarked and unwashed

  • In the original packaging or box

  • Not defective as a result of misuse

  • Tags still attached

  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
