1. When can I expect to receive my shoes?


All orders should arrive within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. This information will be communicated to you through email.  Please note, delivery times can vary depending on your suburb and where your product is dispatched from and delays may be expected during Public Holidays or busy sale periods.


2. What are the delivery options?


Express Delivery: $10.00 and free for orders over $130. *2-3 business days*. 

Same Day Delivery: $14.00. Place your order BEFORE 2:00 pm to receive same day. *Available business days only*.

Next Day Delivery: $14.00. Place your order after 3:00 pm for next business day delivery.


3. Do you ship internationally?


Unfortunately, at this point in time, we can only offer delivery within Australia. However, we hope to expand globally in the near future!


4. My size is not in stock! When will you restock?


Unfortunately, many of the shoes featured on our website are typically part of a limited production run or a limited-edition collaboration line. If we can secure new stock of the same shoe it will be advertised via the website, Social Media or email. You can sign up to our mailing list here and follow our social media us on Instagram and Facebook.


5. What is your return policy?


If your product/s do not fit correctly you are more than welcome to exchange it for the correct size (subjected to availability) or store credit (this must be within 30 days of purchase).


To be eligible for a return, all online purchases must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.


Any product/s being returned for change of mind or incorrect sizing must be:

  • In the original condition

  • Unworn, unmarked and unwashed

  • In the original packaging or box

  • Not defective as a result of misuse

  • Tags still attached


6. How are you doing your bit for the environment?
